You set her up correctly to be turned onto her back, but should then have turned her the other way - left (not right) - so that her face would not graze the floor. For breathing check, you need to check for 10 seconds - you were counting too fast!

The captain was not in charge. He reacted and was lead by his team in prioritisation

I couldn’t work out when you realised they were deaf until you said it, they would have responded to simple signs if you’d tried try not to grab the casualty esp. if you don’t need to good job at getting 2 out by demoing
