Use your radio throughout - shouting down the cliff face is unlikely to be fruitful. One of you said “swap rescue aids” but too late - handover could have been more in control. Good outcome, though.

Casualty 7 - Injured swimmer with bleeding head

Swap from torp to stick was unfortunate but done in an ok way. Could have communicated this to casualty better. Good remembering gloves, but you ran out of time. Try to identify them quicker

Casualty 1 - Unconcious non-breathing child who has drowned

Bob not seen Could have been better questioning, shout and signal should be continuous rather than one “can you swim in” before stopping

Casualty 4 - Locked weak swimmer suffering from hypoglycaemia

Rescue with pole was unsafe and dangerous, hence zero
